What Our Lifetime Warranty Covers

 
Our Lifetime Warranty covers any manufacturing defects or faults in materials and workmanship for the entire lifespan of your MJ Jones product. If at any point you suspect that your product is not functioning as it should due to an underlying defect, we will carefully inspect, diagnose, and address the issue in accordance with this warranty.

What Is Not Covered

• Accidental Damage: Damage resulting from drops, impacts, or other unforeseen accidents does not fall under the terms of this warranty.
• Improper Care or Neglect: Failure to follow the recommended care and maintenance guidelines may void the warranty.
• Unauthorised Modifications or Repairs: Alterations, modifications, or repairs performed by anyone other than MJ Jones-approved technicians may invalidate your warranty.

Should the evaluation determine that your item’s condition is not covered by the Lifetime Warranty, you will be provided with a detailed summary of the issue, repair recommendations, associated costs, and an estimated turnaround time. We will only proceed with repairs once we have your explicit approval.

Our Assessment & Repair Process

1. Initial Inspection: When we receive your product, our quality assurance team conducts a thorough inspection and compares it to the original quality control (QC) records. This step ensures we accurately identify manufacturing-related defects.
2. Assessment Summary: We will then send you a full assessment, outlining our findings and clarifying whether the necessary work is covered under the Lifetime Warranty. If repairs fall outside of warranty terms, we will provide a clear breakdown of all potential charges.
3. Customer Approval: If non-warranty repairs are recommended, no work will be carried out without your written consent. We respect your decision and will only proceed once you are fully informed and comfortable with the associated costs and timeline.
4. Repair & Return: Following your approval, our expert technicians perform the necessary repairs. Once completed, we will contact you to arrange the return of your product.

Your Responsibility

• Safe Return Shipping: It is the customer’s responsibility to safely package and return the product to us. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and ensuring that the item is adequately insured during transit.
• Proof of Purchase: Retaining your original purchase receipt or proof of purchase may be required for warranty verification.

Exclusions & Legal Disclaimers

• This Lifetime Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
• Normal wear and tear, including surface scratches or cosmetic alterations over time, is not covered by this warranty.
• MJ Jones reserves the right to determine, at our discretion, whether a defect is covered by this warranty.
